Hailing from a farmer family in Karja, he shifted to Nagpur after his schooling to live with his uncle due to financial problems at home. His uncle was a jewelry craftsman, and thus began his lifelong love and learning of the skill that benefits thousands of people today. Later when his uncle moved away, Mr. Rajesh started his business of craftsmanship and began his work and due to his quality of work and honesty his customer base grew exponentially. In 2007 he was elected as the president of JCI Nagpur where he learnt how to expand his business and the rest is history.
