- This role requires meeting our premium customers at their homes or office and building relationships

- This role is not for inside shop sales, as a consultant you need to go to the high-end customers

- Understanding the requirement of the hi-end gold jewellery customer

- Explaining our premium service and details of the transaction

- Convincing the customer to place the order

- Final delivery to the customer after the Item is ready

- Ensuring customer delighted through after sales service

Order Management

- Giving the order details to the workshop or the designer

- Explaining the order requirement to the craftsman

- Following up with the workshop and getting the work done in the committed timeline

- Working as the main link between the craftsmen, designer and the customer
