Job Description:

As a JCB Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining JCB (backhoe loader) equipment efficiently and safely. Your role will involve executing a range of tasks, including excavation, digging, and material handling, contributing to the success of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Equipment Operation: Operate JCB machinery to perform excavation, digging, loading, and material handling tasks as required.

Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others on the construction site.

Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and maintenance on JCB equipment to ensure optimal functionality and report any issues promptly.

Material Handling: Safely and efficiently load and unload materials using the JCB equipment.

Site Assistance: Collaborate with construction crews and supervisors to complete tasks effectively and meet project deadlines.

Reporting: Maintain records of equipment usage, maintenance activities, and any incidents or accidents.

Safety Awareness: Monitor and maintain awareness of potential hazards on the construction site and take appropriate precautions.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a JCB Operator, operating heavy equipment in construction or earthmoving projects.

Valid JCB Operator license or certification.

Knowledge of JCB equipment operation, maintenance, and safety procedures.

Strong understanding of construction site safety practices.

Physical fitness and the ability to work in varying weather conditions.

Effective communication skills in Arabic or English.

Reliable and punctual.

Must be eligible to work in Bahrain.
