Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced JCB Operator to join our team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining heavy machinery, specifically JCB equipment, to ensure the efficient and safe execution of construction and earth moving projects. This role demands a high level of technical expertise, attention to detail, and adherence to safety protocols to guarantee the successful completion of various construction tasks.

Job Responsibilities:

Operate and control the JCB machinery, including excavators, loaders, and backhoes, according to project requirements and specifications.

Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on the equipment to ensure its optimal performance and longevity.

Safely and efficiently manner the JCB equipment to execute excavation, grading, and earth moving tasks as per the project plan.

Collaborate with the construction team to understand project requirements, timelines, and specific tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient coordination throughout the construction process.

Comply with all safety regulations and protocols, emphasising the importance of maintaining a safe working environment for all personnel and equipment on the construction site.

Report any equipment malfunctions, maintenance requirements, or safety concerns to the supervisor promptly to facilitate timely repairs and prevent any potential hazards or project delays.

Maintain accurate records of daily operations, including work logs, equipment usage, and any incidents or accidents that occur during the construction process.

Adhere to the company's policies and procedures, displaying a strong commitment to professionalism, teamwork, and efficiency in all job-related activities.

Job Requirements:

Proven experience as a JCB Operator or a similar role within the construction or earth moving industry.

Valid certification or license for operating JCB machinery, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of equipment
