Sr. Java/J2EE Product Engineer

We are currently seeking a skilled Java/J2EE Product Engineer who thrives in a busy, deadline drive environment. This position is located in Bengaluru.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or related + 3 years of experience

• Java Certified IT professional with 3 years of experience developing web-based applications in a large Enterprise level environment using core Java, Java server side J2EE JDBC EJBs Struts Spring Hibernate JSP Servlets JavaScript HTML CSS XML MySQL

• Knowledge of Web Technologies such as Html 5, CSS 3, jQuery, Spring MVVC

• Knowledge of Webservices (SOAP/REST) and SOA, WSDL, Spring MVC and JSON

• Experienced in middle tier application on Apache Tomcat/ WebLogic and WebSphere

• Expertise in developing applications in Manufacturing domain using Java/J2EE technologies a major plus.

• Better understanding of technical trends architectures and highly motivated to work with latest technologies and open source frameworks

• Experience in Software Development Lifecycle SDLC methodology

• Maintains awareness of new and emerging technologies and the potential application on service offerings and products

• Versatile team player, fast learner with communication skills and presentation abilities

Technical Skills Required:

• Operating Systems: Windows, UNIX/ Linux

• Languages: Java, J2EE, Shell Scripting, Python

• Web Technologies: HTML 5/XHTML, XML, JSTL, CSS 3, JavaScript, AJAX

• Databases: Rocket Universe, MySQL
