Hiring Software Developer Engineer at Pune

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy features that contribute to our core observability platform.

Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in Rust, Java, and Python.

Collaborate closely with senior engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to gather

requirements and deliver impactful features.

Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and contribute to improving code quality and

team processes.

Develop agentic workflows to optimize the platform's ability to automate various tasks.

Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues, ensuring system reliability and robustness.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical

experience.

1-2 years of experience in software development, preferably in building distributed systems,

backend services, or search platforms.

Proficiency in at least one programming language: Rust, Java, or Python.

Strong problem-solving skills and an eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Familiarity with developing workflows and automation processes.

Knowledge of software engineering best practices such as code reviews, source control

management, and testing.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in observability tools, data processing, or search engine development.

Exposure to agentic workflows and their application in automated systems.

Strong ownership and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
