What We're Looking For:

- Proficiency in Java/Spring Boot for backend development.

- Strong experience with Kafka and AWS services.

- Proficiency in Terraform for infrastructure management.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, specifically with Github Actions.

- Experience in web application development and a strong advocate for best practices like pairing, test-driven development (TDD), and story writing.

- Willingness to engage in full stack development, covering backend, frontend, and infrastructure.

- Excellent consulting skills and adept at managing stakeholders.

- Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on supporting both individual and team growth.

What You'll Be Doing:

-Developing backend components using Java/Spring Boot.

-Leveraging AWS services such as ECS, IAM, Cloudwatch, S3, and Lambda to build scalable and reliable applications.

-Managing infrastructure as code using Terraform to automate deployment and configuration.

-Setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Github Actions to ensure efficient and reliable software delivery.

-Contributing to web application development, adhering to best practices like pairing, TDD, and story writing.

-Participating in full stack development, including backend, frontend, and infrastructure tasks as needed.

-Engaging with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical guidance and solutions.

-Providing leadership within the team, mentoring junior members, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

-Exploring and potentially implementing additional technologies like AWS SES, MongoDB, React JS, and Kafka as needed, with a willingness to learn new technologies on the job.
