- J2EE Platform Expertise: Strong experience in developing and troubleshooting applications on the J2EE platform, ensuring robust and scalable solutions.

- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, essential for effective collaboration and documentation.

- Software Development Lifecycle Understanding: A solid grasp of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, development, testing, and deployment.

- Tool Proficiency: Proficiency with Integrated Development Environments (IDEs), testing frameworks, defect tracking tools, and version control systems, ensuring efficient and effective development processes.

- Technical Leadership: Capable of providing technical leadership to guide a team, ensuring timely and quality delivery of projects.

- Cloud and DevOps Experience: Experience in developing cloud-based solutions and working in a DevOps environment, enhancing agility and scalability in software delivery.

- Development and Design Skills: Experience in development, design, user interface creation, technology integration, and managing site architecture, ensuring a comprehensive approach to application development.

- CI/CD Exposure: Familiarity with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices, streamlining the development process and improving deployment efficiency.
