Synopsis

• We are seeking an experienced Java Lead to lead our Java development team and drive

the successful delivery of Java-based projects.

• With 4 to 6 years of experience the lead will be responsible for mentoring and guiding the

development team, ensuring code quality, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver

high-quality software solutions.

A Day in Your Life

• Involve in planning, designing – migrating monolith to microservices architecture.

optimization-enhancement, development, issues-tracking-healing, documentations, etc.

Involve in research-n-development on microservices patterns to solve clients’ current

challenges & adapt clients’ future prospects/demands.

• Work closely with the manager to understand the priorities of upcoming work and take

decisions in sprint planning as per business demands available team’s bandwidth led to the

team and coordinate with the dependent teams to understand the priorities/ challenges of

upcoming client’s requirements, and propose solutions for issues with implementation

ideas.

• Perform timely code checks to refactor & find room to replace/ add efficient code logic

for APIs consume time beyond recommendations designed and develop quality re-usable

prototypes. Working exposure with microservices, suggest & design core common

module like – validation framework, taking care of validating requisites to be passed

across various service providers to consume service apps.

Skills in the spotlight

• Proven experience as a Senior Java developer with a strong background in Java

programming.

• Experience with database systems (., SQL, NoSQL).

• Proficiency in Java EE, Spring Framework(Boot), Microservice, Restful web service,

JDBC

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills and can collaboratively work in a

team.

• Knowledge of software development best practices and design patterns.
