What you will be doing:
As a SMTS of the Customer Experience Platform, youll be working across the Verizon Consumer Organization that includes teams from SOE (Systems of Engagement - Both Assisted & Digital), SOI, SOR & Tech Ops delivering Sprints across various NSA is the Omni experience enablement platform for the Consumer Wireless business group by standing up a new technology stack in order to provide a seamless omni experience across various channels of engagement.
CXP team is looking for a SMTS in building scalable platforms, re architect platforms for better performance, bring in TM forum standards in building solutions/platforms at scale for the CXP Platform - Verizon Consumer Group and in effectively managing time to market, cost, scale, and customer experience while leveraging the latest technology stack and in owning various KPIs specific to the VCG.
Developing strong understanding of the VCG ecosystem - SOE, CXP, SOI, SOR & TechOps and understand the Consumer wireless business and key metrics to lead and drive the NSA Programs
Vendor management - Collaborating with vendors on delivery to be executed out of ODC
Point of contact for architecture, solutions and technical problems for the CXP
Enabling & driving platform fortification processes to build a scalable, efficient and agile system catering to the needs of the various channels of engagement
Working with business owners across the organization to understand business requirements and align to the organization priorities and execute them seamlessly with proactive planning.
Demonstrating skills in understanding business needs and priorities in setting and managing the design/architecture guidelines, streamlining the architecture governance process and implementing them towards cleaner architectures and sound in Java & Cloud stack
