Job Description:
We are looking for IT Service Management (ITSM) Managers to oversee and improve our IT service delivery and support. You will manage a team and ensure that service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT service management with exposure in JAVA, MySQL DB, SQL Queries & ITIL
• ITIL certification preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in managing IT service desk operations.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee IT service delivery and support.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs and KPIs.
• Develop and implement ITSM policies, processes, and procedures.
• Monitor and report on service performance metrics.
• Lead and manage a team of IT service desk professionals.
• Coordinate with other IT departments to resolve issues and improve service quality.
