Requirements

FunctionalParameters:

1. Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to fabricate components using fitting and welding techniques.

2. Perform welding operations using different methods such as MIG, TIG, or ARC, to join metal parts effectively.

3. Cut, grind, and shape metal pieces to prepare them for fitting and welding processes.

4. Fit and assemble components accurately based on specifications, ensuring proper alignment and dimensions.

5. Inspect finished welds and assembled components for quality, making necessary adjustments to achieve desired results.

6. Adhere to safety protocols.

7. Maintain welding equipment and tools, performing routine checks and reporting issues to the maintenance team.

8. Identify and troubleshoot welding and fitting challenges, finding practical solutions to achieve desired outcomes.
