- For Turner :

ITI or 12th pass with good knowledge of drawing and measurements, experience working in Tool Room. Should have experience on manual Lathe Machine Operating and someone who can understand part designing (minimum 1-4 yrs experience).

- For Fitter: (Do not send Assembly, Die or Maintenance Fitter)

ITI with experience working as Sheet Metal Fitter, from Tool Room who are having experience in Drilling, Boring, Taping and can understand machine drawing (minimum 3-4 yrs experience).

- For Machinist :

ITI with Knowledge of understanding drawing and exposure of working on Surface Grinder, Milling, Planner, etc (minimum 3-4 yrs experience).

- For VMC Operator : (Do not send CNC operators or candidates who does not have experience in programming)

Diploma (Mechanical) with experience in tool room who can work both as VMC programmer and operator. Only Operators will not work. Candidates should have experience in both programming & operating. (minimum 3-4 yrs experience).
