Urgently Hiring Fresher ITI Turner/fitter For Bhiwandi Location

We are urgently looking for a skilled Turner to join our manufacturing unit in Bhiwandi. The ideal candidate will have experience in precision machining, equipment fitting, and machine maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

Turning & Fitting Work:

Operate lathe machines for turning, threading, and precision machining.

Perform fitting, assembly, and alignment of mechanical components and equipment.

Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.

Machine Operation & Maintenance:

Set up, adjust, and maintain turning and milling machines.

Conduct regular maintenance checks to ensure machines are functioning properly.

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment as needed.

Quality Control & Safety:

Inspect finished products to ensure they meet required specifications.

Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

Document work processes and maintenance logs as required.

Qualifications & Experience:

ITI or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Turner/Fitter trade preferred).

0-2 years of experience in turning, fitting, or machining in a manufacturing environment.

Proficiency in operating lathe machines and other workshop tools.

Strong understanding of mechanical systems, tools, and safety practices.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

Skills:

Precision machining skills.

Mechanical troubleshooting.

Attention to detail and quality focus.

Good communication and teamwork abilities.
