Urgent opening for Field Service Technician in Electronic Device Company @ Kochi Kerala.

Experience - 1 to 3 Year

Salary - 18,000 to 20,000 per month

Qualification:

Mandatory: ITI in Electronics/Mechanical/Fitter

Essential Skills:

Installation, Troubleshooting, and Maintenance of Electronic/Electrical items.

Desired Skills(Nice to have):

We are looking for a Field Service Technician to installs, maintains, and repairs device& systems at client sites.

Role & Responsibilities:

Install, modify, clean, and repair VTS Device.

Diagnose technical issues and implement solutions

Provide technical support and training to customers

Ensure compliance with safety standards and company protocols

Document service activities and maintain records

Maintain tools and equipment

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers

Skills and requirements

ITI or Diploma in Electronics/Mechanical/Fitter/Electrical

Minimum 6 months of experience as Field Service Technician or relevant.

Ability to work independently with limited supervision

Ability to transfer technical knowledge to less experienced engineers

Ability to troubleshoot customer issues via telephone also.

Requirements:

Posting: KOCHI, Kerala, Resident Engineer

Two-Wheeler MUST with a valid License

Android Mobile Phone - MUST

Traveling: across all customers in Kerala region and sometimes to neighbouring areas like Chennai/Coimbatore etc. as per requirements
