Job Role & Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

Information Technology (IT) trainers will be responsible for developing and implementing technology-related educational sessions for the Savills internal users.

Design training programs to equip super users/IT Staff/end-users with the appropriate skills

Deliver training programs in person and/or online.

Evaluate the effectiveness of each training sessions and address areas of improvement

Work with application and product owners in sharing sessions relating to user feedback.

Additional Information

Requirements and skills:

Applicant should have a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or in a relevant field

Must have solid understanding of business operations and relevant IT skills valuable to the particular industry

Create technical documentation for the purposes of training a non-technical audience

Good understanding of corporate computer security principles

Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical terms plainly

Customer service skills: they should be customer-centric, flexible to meet customer needs, and able to work effectively with many levels of personnel

Must be able to build rapport, influence others with ease, and establish and manage relationships with all levels of employees

Must be an outstanding communicator, able to listen for verbal and non-verbal cues, with exceptional writing and verbal skills, as well as able to present technical and non-technical information clearly and precisely to diverse groups of people
