Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
2. 3-5 years of experience working as an IT technician or in a similar technical support role.
3. Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues in a Windows environment.
4. Strong knowledge of desktop operating systems (Windows), Microsoft Office Suite, and productivity applications.
Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and other core IT infrastructure services.
5. Familiarity with network protocols, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN technologies, and network troubleshooting tools.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users effectively.
7. Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing high-quality technical support and service.
8. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
9. Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) are a plus.
