An IT Technician maintains the computer and network systems of an organization. Their duties include troubleshooting and diagnosing computer hardware and software issues, setting up computer networks and assisting employees and customers with IT-related problems.
Serving as the first point of contact for IT support within the organization. Installing, configuring and maintaining software and hardware components of computer and network systems.
Diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware issues.
Repairing and replacing damaged computer and network components.
Ensuring the security of client and server computers by installing and upgrading antivirus and firewall software.
Knowledge of CCTV Camera Installation Computer Hardware and Networking.
The Installation of CCTV & Access Control Solutions and Routine Servicing Maintenance.
Finding Faults, Repairing or Replacing Necessary Equipment Conducting Full Tests of the System, Making Sure the System is in full working Order.
Flexible Approach to Working Hours and Location.
Completion of Necessary paperwork and service Sheets submitted back to the office.
Maintain health and safety in regards to company works and equipment.
