Roles & Responsibilities

Answering Internal/Customer inquiries and listening to their problems/asks

Troubleshooting the reported problems Remote support

Identifying root causes for the problems and taking corrective and preventive steps.

Installation & maintenance of software.

Providing training to the internal teams on software and solutions.

Product demonstration to internal teams

Generating problem reports, logging issues, escalation of critical issues.

Requirements

0 to 1 year of escalation handling experience

Excellent written communication skills

Able to work under pressure

Follow instructions, ability to learn and adapt quickly and deliver desired outcome
