Roles & Responsibilities
• Answering Internal/Customer inquiries and listening to their problems/asks
• Troubleshooting the reported problems – Remote support
• Identifying root causes for the problems and taking corrective and preventive steps.
• Installation & maintenance of software.
• Providing training to the internal teams on software and solutions.
• Product demonstration to internal teams
• Generating problem reports, logging issues, escalation of critical issues.
Requirements
• 0 to 1 year of escalation handling experience
• Excellent written communication skills
• Able to work under pressure
• Follow instructions, ability to learn and adapt quickly and deliver desired outcome
