Key Responsibilities:

Configure and install software and hardware.

Maintain hardware and software, addressing issues as they arise.

Install, maintain, and troubleshoot network systems.

Perform operating system installations.

Maintain backup data.

Manage and maintain networking devices and connections.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience in IT Support Engineering.

Bachelors degree or in Computer Science/IT.

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex network issues.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Certification in MCSE, RHCE, or similar is a plus.
