Description:
• Candidate with good experience in end-to-end technical recruitment.
• Handling Domestic staffing. Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
• Well versed with hiring portals like Naukri, Monster, Linkedin and other Social Media Platforms.
• Should have extensive knowledge on working with direct clients, solid written communication and rapport building ability.
• Building and Maintaining Database of Contacts and Resumes. Hands on experience in sourcing candidates from Job portals/Job boards extensively and efficiently.
• Head Hunting and ability to interact, develop network though social media, get best referral resource for any given requirement.
• Screening, shortlisting, sourcing the candidates as per client requirement (given skill set) doing end to end recruitment.
• Following up on the interview process status. Keep candidates engaged throughout process. Prepare candidates for interviews; providing logistical information, interview schedule, appropriate attire and expectations for follow up from the recruiter; additional counsel as needed.
• Ensure all candidates are provided with timely updates concerning the status of their applications and interviews.
• Throughout the process, keeps a strong pulse on the interest levels and/or concerns of top candidates.
• Continuously build talent pipeline to ensure there are multiple candidates in play at all times.
