Responsible for people management of the service delivery team and quality management of the team and third party suppliers

Responsible for Customer Care function which includes Complaint & Query management, Customer Care, Customer Retention & Service Delivery interface with channels & back end operations.

Good communication and interpersonal skills that enable working relationships to be developed at all levels

Proactively identifies areas for improvement, shares lessons learned with colleagues and encourages others to do the same.

Personal behaviors and values that nurture openness, honesty, trust, mutual respect and support from all team members in line with service excellence ideals

Ability to handle concurrent tasks with appropriate priority

Experience in Environment Management including provisioning, support and integration

Experience in Configuration Management, Capacity Management, Server Availability and tracking metrics & SLAs

Coordinate with test manager to ensure test planning is conducted.

Ensuring client delight and building working relationships with the clients.

Responsible for delivery of IT services which includes Client Site Services, Technical Operations Services, ITS support services, Logistics Operations and Asset Management ensuring performance goals and cost commitments are met.

Coordinate with PMO team to ensure the setup activities are completed in time.
