Job Description

As an IT Support Executive, should install and configure computer systems, diagnose hardware and software faults and solve technical and application problems, either over the phone or in person.

Should cover one or more areas of expertise.

Should be able to apply technical knowledge related to computer hardware or software.

Should have good communication skills, English (written/verbal).

Should be able to do multi-tasking.

Knowledge of Corel draw/Illustrator will be preferred.
