• Software support for existing customers etc.

• Coordinate with sales resource or tele-caller to fix appointments for installations/implementations/troubleshooting etc.

• Understand requirements of the business, and fulfil them using software.

• Identify customization/training requirements from the new prospect.

• Installation of Product at new customer site along with basic training.

• Implementation/troubleshooting on the product, and data.
