IT Support & Facilities Sr Executive Job Description Responsibilities:
Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software for employees.
Perform hardware and software installations, configurations, performance metrics and updates for employees as needed.
Maintaining databases and ensuring system security.
Managing the procurement of products and services and assisting in pricing products or services used by the company.
Ensure all records are kept properly and consistently.
Communicate, coordinate and build strong relationships with property managers, brokers, vendors and other third parties as per the need.
Develop, maintain and analyze, evaluate supplier performance and relationships respectively.
Ensure in-office supplies are adequate in quantity and quality.
Take care of the employee onboarding and engagement process- welcome kit and goodies dispatch, creation of email ID, maintain employee records from joining to exit.
Managing Day to day Operations like - upkeep of facility, effective Housekeeping, Horticulture, Security services etc.
Resolving Maintenance related queries of the facilities.
To ensure staff supervision & work allocation at the facility. Requirements: Experience range: 3 to 5 years
Previous working experience in IT support & Facilities for 3 years.
Have experience managing a large scale of employees.
Outstanding mathematical and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Highly developed attention to detail
Good at multitasking.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in MS Office and relevant software
