Role & Responsibilities:

Network Devices installation like switches, Routers and troubleshooting.

Using the remote-control software tools to provide resolution and diagnosis of faults at remote working locations.

Configure, deploy, maintain, troubleshoot and support computer workstations, laptops, printers, mobile devices, phones and other computer and telecommunications equipment.

Install and support PC, laptop, tablet and mobile hardware and software.

Create alternative methods of completing tasks, correcting user errors and system inconsistencies to improve the desktop team function.

Well versed with different operating systems and antivirus systems.

Windows password resetting and unlock user systems

Assisting office workers with their computers Desktop systems.

Testing of computers and ensuing both for softwares and hardware for an organizations employees.

Identifying and solving any problems that affect computer operating systems

Networking and connecting computers within the same Organisation to Enhance Communication

Maintenance and upgrading of computers system or offering recommendation on upgrades needed.

Physical setting up of computers and softwares system installation for various computers applications and programs.

IP phones configurations and troubleshooting.

Network printer installation and troubleshooting.

Takes backup and Recovery HDD Drive

IP camera troubleshooting and installation.
