Responsibilities:
Configure and manage network infrastructure (Firewall, Core Switch, Access Switch, ISP, Access points, etc.)
Manage physical and virtual servers (Windows, CentOS, Hyper-V)
Setup and deploy computer equipment (Desktop & Laptop)
Support variety of OS platforms (Windows 10, Ubuntu, Mac OS, etc.)
Setup and troubleshoot system issues
Attend to all tickets in a timely manner using company’s ITSM/ticketing platform.
Should be familiar working with tools like ServiceNow, Remedy, Fresh service, etc.
Provide remote support from employees in different countries
Collaborate with the ICT team from the Philippines and report to the ICT manager.
Manage company asset inventory
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
Testing and implementing new technology
Managing technical projects (Implementation, migration, setup, etc.)
Providing technical support across the company
Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
Position requirements:
Bachelor’s degree related to computer/technology.
6 - 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure support
Willing to work on shifting schedule (Morning, Mid, and Night)
Willing to work on weekends and holidays
Willing to render overtime whenever needed
Strong Verbal & Written communication skills
Must have integrity at work
Can start ASAP.
Should possess good communication skills.
Is available to join us in our Bangalore office from Day 1.
