We are a startup looking to make a mark in this industry by utilizing our extensive background experience in technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying new business development opportunities
- Driving lead generation efforts and new client acquisition through various channels.
- Creating pitches and proposals including requirements gathering for successful conversion of leads.
- Understanding and analyzing business & technical requirements from clients.
- Conducting introductory calls and following up with clients both online and offline.
- Responsible for Revenue generation
- Initiate and cultivate high-level client relationships with key decision-makers to build a trusted partnership
- Put in place Strategies and plans to ensure 100% presence across all emerging business opportunities within the identified business verticals & also ensure that the company emerges -- Build a good Sales Network, enhanced Prospects list and Sales Pipeline.
- Interact with all functional heads of the client company to understand their business processes / complexities for mapping appropriate IT solutions.
- Responsible for end-to-end sales
- Co-ordinate, lead, motivate and mobilise the companys Sales, Pre Sales, Marketing and Delivery teams
Required Skills
-Must have Bachelor's degree in Business or IT
-Must have 5+ relevant experience in IT Sales - in Software, SAAS, IT Products, cloud computing or Hosting services & most importantly in Recruitment.
-Must understand the sales cycle for IT
-Must be aware of current trends impacting the sales and navigate thru' the challenges close deals
- Must be currently driving IT Sales for mid sales mandates / large ticket size
-Must have ability to strike deals - to forecast accurately and closure of opportunities
