Job Locations: Vikaspuri, West Delhi

Salary : Fixed in-hand ( 25k- 30k ) +Variable ( upto 30k ) + Good incentives

Workings: Monday to Saturday Timing: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm

Job Description

The incumbent will be required to do the Lead Generation, Pitching them about our CRM Software

Booking an online Demo of CRM software.

Product demonstration through online portals like Zoom / Meet

As Team Lead: Lead a team of Renewal & Retention Management team members in a specified region

Guide the team in achieving targets

Provide supervision to the team in managing complex and/or escalated case

Act as thought leader for Renewals & Retention Management the region.

Requirements

- 5 - 10 yrs' experience in Business development, Technical sales , Customer relationship management

- Technical background candidates preferred.

- Good presentation skills.

- Strong Written & Verbal communication.

- Previous successful sales experience.

- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and handle the team of retention.
