Job Description:
• Must have experience in Web Development & Mobile Apps project, digital marketing projects acquisition & closing.
• Sound technical knowledge of advanced Web/Mobile/digital marketing technologies trending today.
• Must be analytical enough to understand project requirements and prepare the detailed proposal, pre-sales discussions, and negotiations, closing the sales and handing over the client to the delivery team.
• Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients and prepare convincing write-ups/ messages.
• Identify, create and pursue new business opportunities and clients.
• Should have the experience in handling the lead generation team, motivate them, and support them for qualified leads.
• Self-motivated to meet sales target regularly.
• Excellent verbal and written English skills for effective communication with overseas clients.
• Responsible for generating business from hunting and forming.
• Identify opportunities, purpose solutions to customers in consultation with the technical /operational teams.
• Handling escalation and problems.
• Experience in handling customer escalations and closing them in timely manners without escalating it further.
• Proper and timely reporting of day to day task & activity update. Case leads, opportunities and issues of reporting manager.
• Work with senior team members to identify and manage the risk.
