Requirements:
Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in the professional services industry.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Knowledge of the consultancy industry and its trends is a plus.
