Role Definition- IT Sales Executive is mainly responsible for all the sales related operations and developing strategies to increase the sales margin of the company. Along with that they also ensure the client relationship and retention of previous clients.
Responsibilities
1. Speak to customers, either face-to-face or over the phone
2. Gain an understanding of customers' diverse and specific business needs and apply product knowledge to meet them
3. Ensure the quality of service by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge of technical specifications and other features of employers' systems and processes, and then documenting them
4. Carry out cold-calling in order to create interest in products and services, generate new business leads
5. Identify and develop new business through follow-up courtesy calls
6. Prepare and deliver presentations and demonstrations of software to customers
7. Develop effective sales plans using sales methodology
8. Meet sales targets set by managers and contribute to team targets
9. Network with existing customers in order to maintain links and promote additional products and upgrades
10. Manage workload in order to organize and prioritize daily and weekly goals
