Dear Candidate,

We are looking for IT Sales Executive/BDM/ AM candidates for Lucknow Location.

Education & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree

• 1-5 years of experience in IT sales or pre-sales(IT) in international markets(US/UK/Europe/Singapore/Japan/UAE).

• 1-2 or more years of quota carrying software or technology sales and new logo acquisition experience.

• Knowledge of Microsoft and technologies is a plus.

• Specific Domain experience is a plus(Education, Media and ecommerce etc.)

• Strong written and verbal communications skills with prevalent professional demeanour. Excellent presentation skills

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify business prospects in USA, Canada UK, Europe and Australia Markets to offer IT Services.

• Identify the demanding industry sectors and create relevant pitch and plans

• Create compelling industry generic and prospect specific pitch statements

• Understanding the requirements of the clients & positioning an appropriate service/solution.

• Setting up a web meeting(with CXO level of prospects) for the sales manager and passing on the lead to immediate superior.

• Team up with senior leaders with budgets, promises and achievement details on a regular basis.

• Partner with Marketing on demand generation and engagement programs, and development of collateral to drive business outcomes.

• Identify and develop new business through networking and prospecting techniques.

• Engage in email campaigns and cold-calling to create interest in company products and services, generate new business leads and arrange customer meetings.

• Prepare and deliver customer presentations including high-level solution overviews and/or demos.

• Understand customers business needs and challenges and position the relevant solutions that address those needs.

• Meet or exceed individual sales targets (revenue target) while contributing to overall team targets as set by management.
