We are looking for fresh minds with passion in IT Sales to join as Sales Executive to be part of our Sales Team. This role will provide opportunity to gain experience in Software Sales, Customer Engagement and lead the company to achieve the business goals. This role will have a sales targets in APAC regions.
Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Understand product capabilities and solution offerings clearly in order to effectively communicate with prospects
2. Assist in identifying target manufacturing companies by collecting data from various sources.
3. Build opportunities independently through cold calling, inbound calls, emailing, Social media, and networking promotions.
4. Customize sales pitch according to target company and contact points to win appointments.
5. communicate effectively with target audience to convert as opportunity.
6. Well Organized, disciplined, and aggressive in sales hunting and self-starter
7. Adopt to Meet or exceed prospecting targets on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly
8. Prepare and present opportunities reports and reviews in weekly basis.
Required Candidate profile
1. MBA Fresher with specialization in Sales and Marketing
2. Must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills
3. Experience in Word, Excel and Power-point required.
4. Prior exposure in Manufacturing Industry is added value.
5. Accepts Variable Pay which includes Fixed Salary + Bonus and Commissions.
6. Open to work in various business hours.
