Roles and Responsibilities

Performance oriented candidates with minimum 1 year of work experience in a US/UK/Canada -Tech sales/Upselling/Cross selling process for an International BPO

Experience in International Tech Sales, Troubleshooting, Selling Technical care Subscriptions to end users.

Experience in HP, Lenovo, Dell- Troubleshooting Hardware & Software issues Monitoring and Evaluation of Individual performance

Selling, up selling and cross-selling brand products, services & solutions of Microsoft, HP, Dell, Lenovo etc.

Responsible for effectively handling customer queries and providing exceptional customer service.

Maintaining Consistent Productivity and consistently achieving assigned sales targets.

Ability to handle clients professionally during all interfaces.

Meet Call Quality requirements according to Call Monitoring Guidelines.

Effective presenter, negotiator, collaborator & deal closer

Creating and Monitoring Sales Pipeline & achieving the assigned Goals & Targets

Motivation for Sales, Sales Planning, Implementation & Rapport Building Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships

Desired Candidate Profile

Around 1-2 years of relevant experience

Excellent people and interpersonal skills

Working experience in an International BPO handling outbound sales operations.

Graduates/ Under Graduates candidates

Sound knowledge of MS office and related software

Tech Savvy-good understanding of/ability to learn new technologies Analytical

Ability to solve problems and narrow down reported issues, identify root causes, and find creative solutions to effectively address customer concerns.

Ability to identify basic hardware parts and aware of basic hardware concepts

Experience in user level familiarity with at least one e-mail client - Outlook, Notes etc.

Questioning skills /probing skills, as relevant to the issue and level of the caller.
