Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings to refine sales strategies and provide valuable insights to clients.

Digital Marketing Knowledge: Utilize a basic understanding of social media KPIs, SEO, and digital marketing metrics to discuss campaign expectations and align with client goals.
