Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and driven IT Sales Executive with 4��5 years of proven success in end-to-end B2B sales, preferably in companies operating as system integrators. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the complete sales cycle��from lead generation and client engagement to deal closure and account management. The role demands deep technical understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, and enterprise software products.
Key Responsibilities:
�� �� Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals with corporate and enterprise clients.
�� �� Identify and qualify new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client referrals.
�� �� Understand client IT requirements and align them with tailored solutions including system integration, cloud, and infrastructure services.
�� �� Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations, solution demos, and RFP.
�� �� Work closely with pre-sales and technical teams to design custom solutions and proposals.
�� �� Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs on a monthly and quarterly basis.
�� �� Maintain detailed CRM records of sales activities and pipeline progress.
�� �� Foster long-term relationships with key accounts to drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Required Qualifications:
�� �� Bachelor��s degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
�� �� 4��5 years of hands-on experience in IT sales, preferably with a system integrator or IT services firm.
�� �� Demonstrated ability to handle the complete sales cycle independently.
�� �� Strong understanding of IT solutions including system integration, networking, cloud computing, and software applications.
�� �� Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
�� �� Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
�� �� Ability to work independently, handle multiple accounts, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
