Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Understand client needs and deliver customized IT solutions.

Develop and execute effective sales strategies.

Engage with clients to promote and sell IT products/services.

Use solution selling (GEMS) techniques to identify and meet client requirements.

Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.

Communicate product benefits and solutions clearly and persuasively.

Manage the sales pipeline and provide regular updates on progress.

Requirements:

Proven experience in IT sales or similar roles.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Goal-oriented with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.

Ability to engage clients and identify solutions based on their needs.

Familiarity with solution-selling methodologies (GEMS)
