Job Title: IT Sales Executive
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Build and nurture relationships with new and existing clients.
Understand clients' business objectives and IT requirements.
Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for IT improvements.
Sales Strategy Development:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to optimize sales efforts.
Product Knowledge:
Stay updated on the latest IT products, services, and industry trends.
Effectively communicate the features and benefits of IT solutions to clients.
Provide product demonstrations and presentations as needed.
Proposal and Contract Negotiation:
Prepare and present proposals tailored to meet clients' specific needs.
Negotiate contracts and terms to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
Work closely with legal and finance teams to finalize contracts.
Sales Reporting and Forecasting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer information.
Generate regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales performance.
Customer Support:
Act as a liaison between clients and technical support teams.
Address client concerns and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
Proven experience in IT sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of information technology products and services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Knowledge of the IT industry and market trends.
