We are seeking Inside Sales Representatives to join our dynamic team. Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for show-casing our exciting range of products and solutions to new and existing customers through various channels. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating hot leads and building strong customer relationships.
At eScan, our Inside Sales Team Members have the opportunity to engage with world-class organizations' CIOs, CTOs, and CISOs, allowing them to develop their skills not only in sales but also in the exciting field of Cyber Security. As a global organization, eScan closely works with very large OEM's like Microsoft, Apple & Google.
LOCATION: Mumbai (Corporate HQ)
TITLE: Inside Sales Representative
EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS:
2+ years handling customers/partners.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong customer relationship management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct sales calls
Follow up with prospects via phone, email, & other channels
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products/solutions
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies
Update customer information in our CRM system
