Job description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Sales Executive to join our team. The IT Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships, and closing sales deals for our IT products and services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in IT sales, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
Prospect and generate new leads through cold calling, email marketing, networking, and other sales strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their business needs and identify opportunities to sell our IT products and services.
Conduct product demos and presentations to potential customers to showcase our IT solutions.
Negotiate and close sales deals with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing revenue for the company.
Work closely with the sales team, product development team, and other cross-functional teams to identify customer needs and develop customized solutions to meet those needs.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports in our CRM system.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
3+ years of experience in IT sales or related field.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Familiarity with IT products and services such as software, hardware, networking, cybersecurity, and cloud computing.
