RESPONSIBILITES
1. Possess Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including candidate management, diversity
sourcing, and interview process management.
2. Prepare a framework of the position specifications and an ideal candidate slate within an
appropriate and consistent timeline.
3. Build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research
and on-going relationship
4. Screening resumes, conducting interviews and performing skills assessment tests for
various positions.
5. Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data in the Human Resources Information
System.
REQUIREMENT
1. Staying current on the companys organization structure, personnel policy, and federal
and state laws regarding employment practices.
2. Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need; Research and recommend
new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
3. Possess the ability to recruit passive candidates and possess the mentality to profile
people and gauge chemistry of candidates for fit and understand their motivation rather
than sell a role.
4. Should be able to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
5. Have excellent communication, interpersonal and decision making skills.
6. Willing to attend college career fairs, interact with students and promote our employer
brand.
7. Have MBA/Bachelors Degree and throughout education in english medium.
