Experience in Contractual Hiring and Permanent Hiring

Source candidates using multiple channels like job portals, internal database, social media etc

Assess an applicants relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and competencies.

Scheduling, coordination, and ownership of end-to-end recruitment cycle.

Should be well versed in using an ATS.

Should be well versed with Boolean & Keyword search on Naukri & LinkedIn.

Timely submission/ preparation of MIS/ data

Develop creative recruiting strategies to attract qualified professionals interested in opportunities.

Matching qualified candidates to clients requirements by evaluating, screening, and interviewing the candidates

Negotiating competitive rates and gain employment commitment from candidates

Responsible for screening candidates to ensure their qualifications meet open positions.

Conduct skills testing and reference checks.

Submitting a candidates resume to the hiring managers for further scrutiny or consideration.

Timely communication with the candidates and keeping them posted with updates on their candidature.

Engage regularly on an ongoing basis with the candidates through email, voice & video calls.
