• Review the job description; understand the requirements of the clients and accordingly execute a search plan for identifying potential candidates to fit the requirement.
• Experience in Contractual Hiring and Permanent Hiring
• Source candidates using multiple channels like job portals, internal database, social media etc
• Assess an applicant’s relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and competencies.
• Scheduling, coordination, and ownership of end-to-end recruitment cycle.
• Should be well versed in using an ATS.
• Should be well versed with Boolean & Keyword search on Naukri & LinkedIn.
• Timely submission/ preparation of MIS/ data
• Develop creative recruiting strategies to attract qualified professionals interested in opportunities.
• Matching qualified candidates to clients’ requirements by evaluating, screening, and interviewing the candidates
• Negotiating competitive rates and gain employment commitment from candidates
• Responsible for screening candidates to ensure their qualifications meet open positions.
• Conduct skills testing and reference checks.
• Submitting a candidates resume to the hiring managers for further scrutiny or consideration.
• Timely communication with the candidates and keeping them posted with updates on their candidature.
• Engage regularly on an ongoing basis with the candidates through email, voice & video calls.
