Job Description

We are looking for motivated individuals who would be part of our recruitment team to source the candidates based on our client's requirements.

You should have some prior experience in recruiting.

You will be responsible for :

1. Understanding the requirements

2. Identifying right channels to source the candidates

3. Talking to candidates and planning their interviews

4. Speaking to client and providing them the screened/shortlisted candidates

5. Maintaining relationship with already sourced candidates

This requirement is urgent. You can work full time as well as part time or on per candidate basis
