Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all aspects of sourcing, screening, and hiring of technical specialists to fill IT positions.

• Writing job descriptions and posting to relevant media platforms.

• Responsible for the Maintaining and reporting out the interview details, feedback and all communications with clients and candidates.

• Presenting the resumes of the most suitable candidates to the hiring manager.

• Arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews, online assessments, coding tests for candidates.

• Send daily/weekly/monthly reports to Reporting Manager.

• Should be focused, hard-working, and able to meet deadlines to the satisfaction of all parties involved.
