Responsibilities:

Responsible for all aspects of sourcing, screening, and hiring of technical specialists to fill IT positions.

Writing job descriptions and posting to relevant media platforms.

Responsible for the Maintaining and reporting out the interview details, feedback and all communications with clients and candidates.

Presenting the resumes of the most suitable candidates to the hiring manager.

Arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews, online assessments, coding tests for candidates.

Send daily/weekly/monthly reports to Reporting Manager.

Should be focused, hard-working, and able to meet deadlines to the satisfaction of all parties involved.
