Qualifications/Skills:

 Need an experienced IT Recruiter with staffing experience of 3 to 4 years, with excellent communication and writing skills.

 Should have good experience in end to end IT recruitment.

 Familiarity with HRMS (Human Resources Management Software) is advantageous.

 Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.

 Knowledge regarding recruitment and selection methods and techniques

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

 Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews

 Demonstrated initiative and creative problem-solving skills

 Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
