• Responsible for handling IT and Non IT requirements from US-based clients.

• Working on Sourcing client only for this, you should be good in writing email to communicate with the applicants.

• Sourcing from Job Portals (Monster, Dice, Career builder, indeed, and Ziprecruiter).

• Responsible for screening the profiles and scrutinizing the resource by having a brief conversation over the phone, identify the right match before submitting the resume to the client.

• Responsible to work on Contract, Permanent & C2H (Contract to Hire) positions.
