Requisite Skills
Minimal 3 years of experience as a corporate IT recruiter in a leading software firm.
Strong hold on full recruitment life cycle from the point of sourcing relevant candidates from different sources to on boarding of candidates.
Should be able to draft attractive JDs that reflect LS work culture and USPs.
Open to make high volume calls on a daily basis to achieve weekly, monthly and quarterly targets.
Learn new ways of sourcing and connecting with the relevant pool
Highly enthusiastic and enjoy the process of recruiting people
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A team player who can perform with no / minimal supervision.
Exposure of ATS would be an added advantage
Well exposed to various interview formats such as Physical, Online & Panel
Curious to know more about IT industry and its technologies
Able to perform effective initial screening to filter irrelevant pool
Highly organized and multitasking skills to handle multiple positions at a time
Able to writing excellent emails
Key Responsibilities Areas
Analyze the given position and its requirements to source relevant candidates from the market
Make high volume cold calls to filter relevant candidates
Post vacant positions on Indeed, Naukri and LinkedIn timeline
Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates
Screen internal / external reference
Send bulk emails through Naukri / existing database
Sell company's work culture, employment benefits and potential of the position aggressively
Maintain a pipeline with respect to each vacant role
Source & Screen candidates from various sources like Internal Company Database, Job Portals and Professional Networking.
Coordinate with the panel & schedule interviews as per their availability
Perform HR screening of candidates of who qualify technical rounds
Help HR people in the onboarding process
Regular follow up with candidates and actively update them on the status of their candidature
