Responsibilities:

Sourcing, screening and shortlisting the profile as per client requirement from portals, social media etc.

Assessing the skills of the candidates by taking telephonic interview and negotiate on salary.

Scheduling the interviews.

Following-up with the candidate till he/she got placed.

Updating your daily activity to the manager.

Requirements:

Should have good verbal and written communication skills.

Should be willing to work during the night shift.

Should have good understanding of US Tax terms (W2, 1099 and C2C etc.)

Must have technical knowledge to understand the IT Requirements of the client.

Must have good negotiation skills.
