HIRING RECRUITERS FOR CANADA PROCESS:

KBK Business Solutions is looking for Sr. IT Recruiters and Recruiters who will be responsible for identifying, qualifying and recruiting talented candidates that meet the needs of our clients across canada.

The ideal individual should be people-oriented, with high energy and a sense of urgency.

• Comfortable working in night shift.

• Minimum 2+ years of recruiting for canada process.

• Excellent written and oral (phone) communication skills a must.

• Well versed with full recruitment life cycle

• Sourcing from different job boards Like Monster, Dice, Carrier Builder and experience with Application Tracking System will be an advantage.

• Reading resumes and over the phone qualifying candidates for technical fitment (eligibility), Behavioral fitment, Stability (Suitability) etc.

• Ensures that adequate number of qualified candidates is submitted for all assigned client requirements in a timely manner.

• Utilize innovative and effective convincing / negotiation skills to attract top talent.

• Active participation in Technical training, employee engagement and self-development Program.

Location: Somajiguda;Hyderabad

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any stream.
